I bought my 400i 2002 like the ride/ gc/ other extras, so do others, but do 400s break cvs?
A guy i hunt with kind of bummed me out by saying that his buddies all bought AC's a while back and they all started breaking "things". Any clues to what probs may have beem. He said that the little hunting i do should not be a problem for the ac, but heavy use and dog boxes on the back would be a prob I assume due to the irs rather than solid axle of honda.
Would a good wife/kidmobile be a pre 01 250/300 AC? I would kind of like the lock diff and smaller frame for narrow trail riding since my 2002 400i wound up being too wide on the trails.
Do the older cats have any big problems to be aware of? my 400i has a few: brake mc, ball jt, caliper, and pot metal dif fill plug and brake lock lever.

Any info would be helpful
I'm still thinking of getting a lockable 250/300 4x for the wife. Is there any pre 01 year model that stands out for good or bad. Should I pay blue book? or less?Text
