My 3-wheeler is pulling to the right. I think it is because the from fork is possibly bent. Does anyone know where I can get and after market front end for my machine.
I'm tring to rebuil this machine and have it run like new but I don't wanna spend to much money.
Does anyone know if this is compatible w/ the 250x or anyother Honda three wheelers?
I will appreciate your time

First off, check to make sure that both rear tires have the same amount of air, with a low pressure gauge, that measures in increments of one pound up to about 12 pounds(?). If one tire is lower than the other, this will cause it to pull to one side.

You should be able to fit just about any fork assembly from any Honda ATC on it. You may need to swap bearing races and check bearing sizes, but they should fit.

We found a great deal on a 200X without a front end and engine, and used parts that we had (250SX, Big Red) to make a new ATC. It had electric start Big Red engine, with 250SX front suspension and 200X rear suspension and frame. It worked out really well.

I know for a fact that a 350x front end will mount on the sx frame (i did it). If you are going to replace the front, for the money I would upgrade. As opposed to using the same set-up. I also know that the 200x front end will work. I don't know if the 250R will work.

Keep an eye out in the classifieds and ebay for people parting out their 200x or 350x. I got mine from ebay for $250.00. I completed the install and haven't regreted the decision to do the modification. There was no modification necessary, it mounted as if it came from the factory.

I will say that once the front end is modified, you will want to do the rear end as well. I am going to install a yamaha blaster rear shock on my SX.

I have pics of my SX with the new front end if you are interested. Let me know, I will send them to you.

Make sure you check the circumference of each of the rear tires. Even though the pressure may be the same, if the circumference is different the larger tire will "travel" farther in one revolution than the other side. Just take a string and wrap around the middle of each of the rear tire treads. Measure them and compare. If one is larger than the other add or remove air until they are equal.

Normally, making sure the pressure is the same works, but on rare occasions, with the same pressure, one tire will be a little larger than the other.

I'd like to see pics of the 250sx with the 350x front end too. My 250sx has the stock size 22x11x8 front tire, but the ***** on the side are rubbing the fork boots...is that normal? Or could it be the tire on the front was not originally designed to be a front tire?

Oh yeah, is that Blaster shock a bolt-on? What are the improvements from it?

thanks!
Dan
