Different front end on Big Red?
The problem you will have on the 250 by doing this is without major fabrication, if you swap front ends, you will have a bad handling mahine because all trikes that have "better" suspension than the SX or BigRed are sport trikes with narrow front tires. Not a good combination with a tall seat height and 25" rear tires....LOL
The 250SX has a sportier front end than the BigRed and will bolt up, but you can only run a 22" tire on that fork.

Will me having 20' turf tamers on it make it able to run a more sportier front end like the 200x's? Or would the SX front end be a better choice, i'm gonna have to either rebuild my forks sometime in the near future or totally replace the front end. I don't really like the headlight/front rack on the big red but i think it would be worth more with the original front end still there.

The 250SX is a bolt-on swap.
The sport models, I am not sure about. I know they have the same diameter lower triple clamp post, but I am unsure if the length is the same or not.
You may want to find one and do some measuring first.
If it's close, you may be able to make a shim with a thick washer to make up the difference.
