Hey wolverine!
The 200 utility models will bolt right up. No mods required. I have done this several times.
The X will work as well.....but takes a bit of work.
On the X, you have to shim the upper triple clamp with a couple of washers and you will also have to move the steering head on the 110 frame to keep the front tire from smacking the cylinder head when the fork compresses.
If we go all Frankenstein on the 70 by putting a 110 engine in it, we plan to put an X fork on it as well.

That will be cool.
I'm sure you will post pics if you do that.
Yea the old 110's hold a special place in my heart and I was thinking of doing a custom job one day. I figure the x would be the way to go for braking, suspension, and looks. Only problem is that the front end of the x would probably cost me as much as a complete 110 unit.
thanks for the info..........I thought that the x would work even if it did take a little rigging.

Oh....You can bet there will be pics
I have a 13:1 CR 120cc pistonkit that was imported by BigAl's back in the 1980s. Never could bring myself to sell it. Now I know why
I even have a chrome crankcase cover that I took from a 110 somewhere along the way...LOL
I would love to find out how [and why] that came about...LOL

Big Red....
I looked at your photo page. You are like the last of a dying breed. I think it is cool that you still ride your trikes and even take them to "Pismo".
Just wanted to give a thumbs up

The 175 has a blown motor right, blew it up at pismo(lol). Never seemed to have any real good luck with that thing out their lol. The first 2 trips ran out of gas and the third she blew up. I'm plaining on getting it rebuilt and running again.
The 90 is in pieces right now, thats how my friend gave it to me. After I get the 175 running again I'm going to start on the 90.
