350X Skid Plate

I just bought an '86 350X and it did not have a swing arm skid plate so I bought one from DG. Apparently I'm missing some mounting brackets on my swing arm as I called DG and they said I had everything I needed with their kit (skid plate and 4 bolts with spacers). How does this plate mount?
