84' 200s carb rebuild help
#1
hey,
I am new to the forum, its awesome. anyway, I am rebuilding a 84' 200s carb and need some help. Re-jetting and jet needle assembly i know nothing about. I got two metal clips that i think go on the jet needle grooves(they look like washers), and another clip that belongs twards the top of that peice as well.
The jets are all suppose to be at specific settings, which i dont know. Main jet, small jet, etc
any one with information that can help?
thanks for any help

As for the jetting, these trikes were very lean from the factory so any jets that come with your kit should be OK. I would start with the biggest in the kit and work down if it's too rich afterwards.......or you could just replace the same jet size that was in it to begin with.
As for the needle washers and clips. You want the clip in the 3rd notch. The washer goes underneath the clip and the needle holder spring rests on it.
If you don't have a manual, give me your address and I will e-mail you a breakdown of how it is suppose to look.
