Hmm, well my first 3 replys must have been retarded, because no one responded, so here is an easy one, are the 200cc honda motors s, x, e,es, and the 250 motors, r, sx, as well as the 350x motor the same block, or same motor "family" I am just wondering besides the stroke and bore how similiar these are, thanks for any help.

There are 5 basic engine families regarding the larger ATC models [185-up]
They are as follows.......

[1] ATC185,185S,200,200E,200ES,200M,200S, and '83-'85 only 200X.........along with the 1984 TRX200
The 1986-1987 ATC125 and 1987-1988 TRX125 are very similar also, but have enough differences that do not allow for much part swapping.
This engine family is based on an early '70s dirtbike engine that was used up till 2002 on the XR200. It started out as a 100cc!!

[2] '86-'87ATC200X, TRX200SX, TRX200D, and TRX200DII

[3]ATC250ES, ATC250SX, TRX250, TRX300, and TRX300 4x4

[4]ATC350X and TRX350 Fourtrax 4x4 and TRX350 Foreman 4x4

[5]'85-'86 ATC250R and '86-'89 TRX250R.......although the '87-'89 TRX has a different rod length and piston.
