Could anyone tell me if a 185 starter would go on an 110,83
And also tell me how it assembles as i see ther is a starter cage does that attach to the flywheel???

The 185 recoil starter assembly will not work on a 110,....... however all the internal parts will work, except for the cage that bolts to the flywheel.

Also, the entire assembly from the '78-'80 model 110s are different but share internal parts.
