Honestly, it wouldn't. If you have an old worn down ATC, adding more weight to it isn't going to suddenly make it any better.

These kids are marginal at beast. You'd come out way ahead by selling the three wheeler and buying a decent used quad.

hell no i would never make a coversion on my 350x ill just buy a blown 250x quad and swap in a 350x motor. i heard on these conversions the bikes handling suck and pooor ride. yea its sad converting them thats not what they were made for.

The conversions are a very bad idea on many levels.

If you really want a 4wheeler. Sell the 3wheeler and take that money along with the money you were going to spend on the conversion and buy a nice used quad.

Tell not to do it!! If he tries to do it slamp him please!!!!
What kind of 3 wheeler is it?
They don't make kits from them anymore I believe but you might be lucky to find a kit on ebay.
Another thing is the front plastics usually look like crap.
Plus he's going to spend couple hundred dollars on the kit to convert it and the 3 wheeler might lose value in it if he converts it.
Just tell him to be a man and learn how to ride a 3 wheeler.
