250r front suspension

Default 250r front suspension

I was running 20psi in mine.

Blew the seals recently (on both forks).

They are kinda soft.

Maybe heavier fork oil instead of air, eh?

Default 250r front suspension

You say "getting soft".
Do you mean reduced dampening or excessive sag?
You could add small spacers between the springs and caps to add preload.
Or try adjusting fork oil weight and level to fix the dampening.
