You could try to raise the needle clip 1 and see if it helps

 

raise it to the third ring? and basically you are saying my jet is to big?? thanks a lot for ur help!!

 

well i checked my needle and the clip was barely on i put a new clip on the second ring<stock setting> it ran fine just tried to start it again it started and then fouled the plug i put another plug in and kicked it a couple times wouldnt start pulled the plug and it was wet and black have no idea what the problem is?? is the jet to big and now that the needle is right its just fouling plugs???

Your to rich, almost guarentee it. Mines ported, pipes, and has a cam and its only at 112, So you should go down to about 110.
