Default 200X Cyl.

What other bikes have the same jug as the 200x. Obviously I can bid on ebay on a replacement 200x cyl. but that limits my options. If another bike, lets say 185 for example, would work that would increase my chances. Also what else would be interchangeable...cranks, connecting rod, cyl, and so on.

Thanks again

Lance

Default 200X Cyl.

Any cylinder from a 185 dirtbike or ATv will work. Just be sure it hasn't been bored past the limits of the piston size you plan to use...if you have bought it already.

Any of the 200 dirtbike cylinders will work exceot for the RFVC cylinder on a couple year XR models. These are much larger externally than yours and you can spot that right off the bat. These RFVC cylinders had 4 valve heads. Will not work.

Any ATC 200, will work except for the 86-87 200X and all the 1986-up TRX200 model variations. The difference between the 200X cylinder and all of the others that I have listed here is that the 200X had slightly longer cooling fins.

185 cylinders measure at 63mm stock and can be bored up to a 67mm
200 cylinders measure at 65mm stock and can be bored up to a 67mm

Your search doesn't look so tough now does it??
