[1]Loosen the two axle nuts next to the rear brake drum cover
[2]Remove right rear wheel hub and wheel assembly and also fully remove the two axle nuts at the brake drum that you loosened earlier
[3]Remove the brake drum cover and the brake drum
[4]Loosen the chain adjuster and the 4 bolts securing the axle carrier to the frame. [do not fully remove...just loosen]
[5]Remove the chain cover and remove the drive chain
[6]Slide out the axle [from the chain driven side]
[7]Remove and replace your worn bearings and seals
I didn't go into any details, but if you have any questions, just ask and I will try to explain it in better detail
It's impossible to replace the bearing and seal on the sprocket side without removing the axle and doing so on the brake side with the axle in place isn't easy. Just remove the entire axle assembly as described above. It's much quicker in the long run.
As far as the order of performing this procedure, it can vary depending on whether or not you have any help or the proper stand or jack. Usually, I prefer to loosen and remove all I can and save the right side hub removal for last so that the axle doesn't turn when loosening hardware, but everyone has their own way about doing it.
