Big Red Shifting problem

my buddys big red is having some trouble. first is fine, second is fine, and then third when he is going it pops out of gear and seems to be going into nuetral. any help would be appreciated.

Big Red Shifting problem

I hate to suggest it, but it sounds like it's time to have the transmisson repaired.
