what does un mean? and what are you asking? how to get the rope back in the pullstart without the spring unwinding or how to get it back on the motor? well if you want the string back in here is the steps: get all the old rope out. if the spring is still loaded let it go slowly dont just let go of it. take the pin out on the top and remove all that housing. pull the wheel out slowly and you will see spring.. dont touch it! lol. put new rope in and tie the not at the end in the hole. rap the rope around the wheel then place it back inside. pull rope end up in little notch on the rope wheel. turn the wheel until it gets hard then turn 2 turns clockwise. pull rope end threw hole on metal housing and put pull handle on and its ready to go. if you buy a manual it tells you in there.

clean the carb out real good with carb cleaner. try adjusting the air mixture screw on the bottom of the carb or move the clip up a notch or down and see what happens.
