i rode his bike and it runs great...i guess he just doesnt have my talent lol...but boring a 200x doesnt help at all???? so if i just put in a higher comp piston and a cam in the stck bore it will help more than boring it .40 over??

Yeah the high compression piston and cam would give you better performance then boring it out. If your cylinder needs bored out then I would say go ahead and get it bored out.

wiseco.com has the piston for 125 and the cam you might have to get off of ebay. I dont know if there is a difference in years on the xr200r's cams but I think i might have heard that some years are better then others. I could be wrong though... BUT if its the same with all the years of the cams there is one on there right now and has 6 days left.

Oh and when you put the piston in you have to run high octane fuel in your bike. And it will be a B!tch to start...

Either one will give you more power. Both together will give you the most. So either one you pick would help. If I were you I would go with the cam first. So then you wont have to run high octane. Plus that cam on ebay is only goin for 99cents well last time I looked.
