my 185s has been stalling for some time now (it gets hot and dies after 1 hour of easy riding), even after it got bored out. I've been told it could be the coil but I'm not too sure and it's extremely hard to start in winter also?

I'm also redoing the seat, what material should I use and foam?
how do I put the materail on the steal part of the seat?

I think its the coil, I gave it a easy pull and it doesn't spark give it a hard pull sparks.

 

All coils will give no to light spark with a light pull. my 110 does the same thing. I would try running it with a new spark plug.
