I was cleaning up my room today and found a box full of old 3Wheeling, 3&4 Wheel action and Dirtwheel magazines from 86-88!!! The ones that people are getting robbed for on ebay for up to $10. As soon as I get a scanner I'm going to start posting articles on my website.

Hi-Torque's lawyers will contact you--you can't post copyrighted material on your web page

I think as long as I list my source and I'm not making money then I'll be alright. If not, I'll take them back down. God knows they damn sure aren't doing jack with them. Seems like there would be enough people around to buy a quarterly 3wheeler magazine filled with old test, tech tips, etc.

I've been looking for 250sx and 350x articles, but no luck so far. I think these are too new to cover the 350x.

No, you won't be ok. It doesn't matter if you credit them or not. Reprinting their magazine articles without written permission is illegal. Their lawyers will contact you. I know for a fact as Hi-Torque is a customer of ours and I've seen them go after sites before. Just as we would go after anyone who reprinted one our articles without permission or used one our photos or graphics.

I'm just trying to save you some headaches by letting you know what you're in for.

I saw Corey Sprock's website and he had pictures and exact copies of HI-Torque's magazine. he contacted them and they allowed him to use their material on his website.
