Default the best size sprockets

I have 85 350x with a big bore kit thats mint it has been in storage for 13yrs. I just put 18x10x8 hole shots on it I have a 14 tooth in front and a 40 tooth in the rear I now use 3rd gear as first because 1st and 2nd take only about 10 feet to windout. what size sprocket do i need in the rear to get 1st and 2nd back?

I would look at either going ont toothe larger in front
Or three teeth smaller in rear
Really the only person who will know when right is you
But in simple larger in front smaller in rear will make bike faster but use more motor
Good Luck
