Engine number decoding?

I am trying to decode an engine number. The engine is not the original engine but was put into a 1985 200X. this looks like a 200s. pull start only, centrifical clutch, smaller carb, etc. Any help would be great!

That's not the complete engine serial number ..

TBO1E-3043540 is all that is on this plate. does that help?
