to sum this thead up check your budjet and get the most aggressive tread you can.anything that will get you through will make you happy ....though less aggressive tires wont dig as much ..so you can go through the same spots more times before you dig it to deep.(on second thought not to good @ summing things up lol)

I second the bearclaws. I've got them on my 200x and they are rugged. I ride in cactus a lot, and haven't had any problems with leaks. In the mud, they dig like a backhoe, and on the couple of times I've crawled rocky dry creek beds, they grip pretty well. Out in the open, they do quite well in tight turns considering they are a mud grip. The side biters don't fold under having the weight of me and the trike leaned over on them
