I see the stock bore on the cylinder is 70.mm
I measured it with my calipers it showed 2.836 inches when I convert that to mm it comes up as 72.0344 mm

which is about .080 over can I go larger do they make a .090 thousands over piston and ring kit?

80 over is all thats offered. I got lucky on ebay once and found a old 74mm piston. It worked out but made the walls rediculously thin. I have 2 stock bore cylinders for the 81-84 250r's. Once cleaned up they would be 20 over(or 10 if u can find that piston)...

just send your jug to LA sleeve and get it done right. then sell it for alot more. BTW where are you located?
