Default 84 Honda 200s Carb question

I ordered a new carb for my 3 wheeler. I installed it today, but where does the line that is on the bottom of the carb go to, and also there is a port to the left of the actual fuel line (that comes from the tank), what goes there? They dont go together do they? I tried starting it and fuel was coming out that port on the side. I didnt have an old one to compare to unfortunately, and the new one came with NO instructions.

Thanks, Chad.

Also, there is a lever with a cable on the top right side of the cylinder head, and that cable is not attached to anything. Where does it goes and what it it? I can take pictures if needed.

The idle speed is the jet on the right side correct? What is the lower jet, a mixture? It is running great got it going last night, but I wanted to know what that lower jet was for. Thanks, Chad. Also any ideal what that lever on the right side of the head is for? The cable goes nowhere, it did go to some lever at some time I just cant tell where.

That lever is for the decompression cable. Idle speed it the screw with the spring on the right side. The screw on the bottom is the mixture screw.

Thanks, what is a good start point for the mixture (turns out). Its running great put 15 miles on it riding some trails. So I really dont need that cable, thats for starting right. It starts easy as is.

I have a 200E manual, which looks like the same carb. Says to turn the pilot screw in until it seats gently then 1 7/8 turns out as a starting point. Yes it is for starting. I've never used it either.
