Thumbs down My ATC 200x Problems!!

I have an '85 200x that dies when it warms up. It will start fine when it is cold WITHOUT the choke. I have rebuilt the carb. new fuel, new filter, factory jets, new air filter, reset timing, and checked cam timing. Any Ideas would really help!!
Second question.
When you install the cam, how do you know if it is 180 out or not? You can set the flywheel at TDC and the cam could go in either lobes up or lobes down. Either way, the valves are closed. Which is correct? Need to know before I put the two cam sprocket screws in..

Default Cured.

Finally gave up on the factory carb. Tired of messing with it. Bought an H S Chinese carb from ebay for about $15 and bolted it on. Hit the choke and it started second kick. Warmed up for 2-3 mins and turned off choke. adjusted idle mix..then idle speed..then idle mix again...then idle speed again.
Now runs like a screaming banshee with its @ss on fire and starts second or third kick every time (my 12 yr old starts it just fine), idles great, and runs out great at high end...Good luck. They are great fun when they are working right.

2 or 3 wheels...makes no difference to me.

watch those ebay carbs, they tend to need rejetting but if yours works then good deal. I have heard many guys complain about the jets in those.
