US 90 Frame Number doesn't make engine

US 90 Frame Number doesn't make engine
I have two US 90 72-73 with correct frame numbers.
The engine numbers start with a 1 on both. I'm pretty sure they are original but not according to the chart.
Maybe a late 71 engine?
