3 wheeler loading ......HELP!!!!
#11
Just thought I would let you know what happened this afternoon with loadin the red. Since I am typin I didn't get killed. ;-} I will say though drivin it on front first is ok but I found that backin it up I feel much safer. I have to make a couple of pads for the rear wheels to sit on though. The tool box and the rear plastic are within fractions of an inch of each other. If I take it on the road it will smash up the plastic. I made some plans up to raise the rear wheels on two platforms about 5 inches. This will allow me to get well about the box and still allow me to slide the ramps under the rear of the red. I think it's goin to work out fine. Sure would like the ramps to be a bit longer though. You guy's are right you gotta keep the momentum up and just drive er on the truck. I hope in the rain and snow it works as well.
Thanks again
Gary
