Getting a good start?

What is the best way to get a good start rev it up and dump the cluth and hope you dont fall of backwards or crawling off the line to get traction then open it up

I don't know what kind of quad you got but if got pretty good bottem power you should start in second. later

Definately start in second if you have good bottom end power! My first race, I stared in first and dumped the clutch and stood it up on the grab bar. What an idiot I felt like. Here I am riding a big *** wheelie while everyone else is about the the first turn!

yea the worst thing you want is a wheelie! in second it might not take off quite as quick but beleive me it will be faster. anyways later
