ok back on track u want the fast exceleratign quad be prepeared get a banshee and put a set of cpi pipes and silencers and get a pvl ignition it will rev to wellover 10 grand and it will be insane dont be suprised if u cant et traction tough it is nutz.

ok, are we talking stock? because if we are nothing will touch the ds and yfz........ and if we're talking mods, well how much do you want to spend? I can take a yzf250 motor and spank a z400! when it comes to mods the fastest atv is the one who's rider has the deepest pockets!

ya I thought it was sweet and it felt fast but every time I've raced one drag or mx it really hasen't been a fair fight. I'm talking piped filter small stuff not a full out drag quad that would be a different story.

I know you must love your quad I felt the same way when I had my crapter, I thought it was the fastest even when I got spanked by 2 ds's.

 

another way to look at it is how many stock quads put out 46hp bone stock out of the box? that what the 2004 ds650 put out! last time a saw a banshee dyno stock was 36hp and thats at most!

 

i have only lost one race to a DS because all i have is T-5s and a UNI and it was a street race and the DS was bored to 750 or something and also had NOS but didnt have to use it
