I just read a short article (no Pics) on the ds650 in the new issue of ATVSport. It seems that there has been some last minute tweaking on the engine In Aust. where Rotax is based altho it is still going to be a 50+ hp engine. It's supposed to be in production now with delivery in Oct. No mention of price.
50 + HP!!! I had a Volkswagon beetle once & it only had 37HP!

Wow thats almost double the power of the 400 ex! I wonder if Honda will come out with the xr 650 based quad now? but its still air cooled so I doubt it will have the power to match the DS 650.

These sure are exciting times for our sport, I hope KTM jumps on board with a sport quad all of their own like a 250 2 stroker

I believe KTM has, with parts being put on the enforcer 600e and 401e quads which is partially on the bandwagon.
