thanks for the reply. now he is leaning towards motorcycles since he rode a pw50 over the weekend. so, i'm going to hold off before i start sinking $$$ into anything for awhile now.

 

I agree that he shouldn't race a LT80 at his age.
But outdated??? Not exactly!
Your opinion of better machines break just as often under a hard/fast rider.
The GNC TT race this weekend proved it IMO. No, a LT didn't win, but when the results are posted you will indeed see alot of better machines behind the LT's.
