Money might not be a factor but noise will be. I think the db limit is 104.(correct me if i am wrong.) So the only pipe i can think of right off the top of my head that would be eliminated is the tc pipe. I have never rode a yfz with the Yoshi pipe so i can't say anything good or bad about that pipe. I hear of good things about the hmf pipes and the BB series. I would personally go with the hmf but that's just me.

You probaly have to go with sparks, it's a bottom end pipe which you need in the turns, to rev really high. The yoshi is also a good pipe, it's quieter than the sparks. looks cool and performs pretty good too.
