#1
i was wondering if anyone has ever takin a yamaha yz 125 or 250 bike engine and put it into a blaster frame or has seen this done? If it is possible i would like to do this because im running a blaster in a quad open class in new york in the district 3 and they dont have any specific classes for different engine sizes and i dont have the money to buy a 450, 250r, or anything along them lines. any info would be nice. Thanks alot

80cc motors are usually done in a blaster frame. I realize this is not what you are looking for.
A non counterbalanced motor above 80cc's would shake a blaster frame apart IMO. This is why you don't see CR250/etc. motors used much in quads.
Save up dude.
250R's are cheap now days. A 14k 250R (3 years ago) is selling for 5-7k now.Surely a quad not built up as much could be had cheaper.
