Will somebody send me a copy of their resume that you send to companies to obtain a sponsorship from them. I am trying to put something together, but I don't have a clue on how to start. What do I need to list? How does it work? Do they write up a formal contract when they offer you a sponsorship or what?
Do you think I will have trouble finding sponsors, being that this is my first year racing? I won the season opener mx race and am doing well in the points. Do you think that that is enough or should I hold out till next season?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would honestly wait until the season is over. Sponsors like to see the overall finish. Most of them will send a formal contract you must abide by. I know Big Gun Exhaust and Sidewinder sent out formal contracts. If you do not agree with anything they want you to do, dont sign it. Just some tips for you. And also watch out for the ones that tell you you get so much off at a cost of x amount. Check that price against local shops and dealers. They make it sound like they are making you a deal even though they aren't. Just some tips for ya. Good luck with the rest of the season.
