Coolest Moment?
#1
I'm kinda bored and have nothing better to do right now, so I was just wondering what your coolest moment was in any race. I haven't had the chance to race much yet so really my coolest moment would have to be my first and only race. Nothing exciting happened, but you know, it was just my first race and it is what got me totally hooked. I attempted a second race but went over a berm in practice (no rear brakes) and broke my collar bone. So what is your most exciting racing moment?

mine had to be my second race in the local expert class when I came out of the first turn in 2nd place and held it for a lap... thats not too good though cause after one got around it seemed like all of them did but just pulling the holeshot over all of them but one was exciting.

hmmm interesting... I actually have two...
#1 The first time my bike ran over 90 mph in 300ft dirt drag.
#2 Watching Mike Goodale out of Michigan run a 3.43 second E.T. at about 90 MPH killing the throttle at about 1/3 track.... that thing of his would fly.
But those two moments are definately chill bump makers...

Some guy landed on my once during an opened pracice, that was kinda cool (mainly because I got an adreneline rush, then starting riding in a very insane manner...trying to make a tripple out of a tabletop and double, and such). One other cool time was when Tim Farr was at Broken Spokes during practice when I was there. I kicked his ***!!!...or wait, was it the other way around.

mine would have to be at the 2001 Orrville Ohio GNC TT race. It rained and the track vehicles wasn't haveing a great time of running the track in,so they called for riders to go run the track.I went out and was putting around when I knoticed my daughter (Big Bad Angela Moore) on the track also.Seeing that the track was in bad shape, and they really NEEDED us, they actually let us get a lil porky out on the track (they usually keep us slowed down). It was way cool buzzing around the track w/my daughter!!It let US have some "fun time" together which I'll never forget!

Well I have a few.
#1 My first race in Salem, Ill. There were tons of people on the line, big adrenaline rush. And I had a fractured wrist so I sucked.
#2 My second race at a local track. Friends and family were sitting by the finish line, and at that time I wasn't hitting any big jumps. Well my friend said he would give me $10 to hit the finish line double. So I did. And I wrecked.Right in front of my Mom. She says she will never come to another race.
#3 Last. I was at gravelrama around Cincy, Ohio. And we were going through a rough part of the track and I leaned back and hammered the throttle. Well the guy in front of me slowed down and I hit him. I was afraid of getting tangled and having to stop and get untangled so I hammered the throttle even harder and ran him over. My quad's right tires were on his sit and front left side fenders. Well I ended up passing him and taking third place in the race.
