ok ...for one thing preds and shee's are in 2 different classes for drag racing!!! so it really doesn't matter ...i have smoked a lot and been smoked by some....2 different kinds of power!!! i used to own a shee before my pred and wouldn't trade back for the world!!! but on shee it will take more than a pipe jet kit and filters to beat a pred with some mods....JMO [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

truthfully i dont know which one is faster at a drag race but i am sure you will do more than that. you can't really look at a bike just for speed. I would go with the four stroke predator b/cause you will probably start riding trails and you can't just lugg around on a 2 stroke you have to keep your rpms up. i am not saying 2 strokes are bad just not as good for woods or hillclimbs and jou have to rebuild them a lot....

When you compare the Raptor and the Pred its always going to come down to the rider. They are so close off the line mid-range and top end, but i did read something about crapy gearing between 4th and 5th gear on the preddy. They said it felt like it was shifting into a huge overdrive, and that the revs really droped.
