1987 zilla, very clean, bone stock, $3,000 should I buy?

This 87" zilla is very clean, with no engine mods done to it........ So he says. The only inperfection is one rip in the back left decal, never had to change any of the bearings in the a-arm swing arm or anything. When I asked him what mixture he uses he replied "always 42-1." Does all this add up, and am I carzy for being cautious, and not just buy it out right? *I need everyone to help me out on this one! thank you

yea but those prices are not realistic. They dont take into account the demand for a zilla because it is no longer made or even the condition of the bike. Im sure a TRX250r wouldnt be worth 5 grand on there but they sell for like 10 grand on ebay sometimes. Your never gonna find a like new zilla for 1200 bucks

CTATV is exactly right, sites such as those might tell the price of a stock quad, but the price of one modded would never be correct unless you got an appraiser that knew everything about these machines.
