To list all the combos would be impossible. What you need to look for is the term SEMI MANUAL in your search . Just about every tranny to come along in a 4 wheel drive ATV is either has a full auto or a "clutchless" manual.

If you are basing the motor on a motorcycle engine... I can't for th elife of me think of why you would use the clutch for anything other than starting out.. once it gets rolling, you don'[t need no stinking clutch.....

You might try looking at the sports car guys... a guy named Lee Stohr, is building a D Sports racer that used a Yamaha R1 and has a paddle shift settup on his steering wheel... definately the way to go... He has a web page, just do a yahoo search for Stohr DSR...

250cc engines with auto clutch tranny that are easy to find:
Honda 250EX
Honda Recon 250
Suzuki Z250
Suzuki Ozark 250
Yamaha Beartracker/Timberwolf 250

400cc engines with auto clutch tranny that are easy to find:
Suzuki Eiger 400 manual
Yamaha Kodiak 400 and 450(i think you can get it in a manual)
Arctic Cat 400i
Yamaha Wolverine 350cc

500cc engines with auto clutch tranny that are easy to find:
Suzuki Vinson manual 500
Arctic Cat 500i manual

I'm sure this isn't all of them, these are just off the top of my head and easy to find.
