rancher, grizzly or sportsman?
rancher, grizzly or sportsman 400 to 500s? which do you guys think the best choice is (used or new) for rough riding considering the options like irs/srs, diff lock, easy to mod., and anything else you like about the machines. or maybe you like a diff. model?

3wd Honda with SRA and drum bakes and carb would be last on my list! 450 Grizz seems like a toy after riding a Polaris 500 EFI.

My vote is for the Polaris as well! One problem you might have is modding it, you can do the simple stuff like intake/air filter, muffler but I dont think that there is whole lot out ther for big hop ups. And for what you want the Polaris has the best suspension for rough riding.

I've been looking at lot at new ones in the 400-500cc class and if you can swing the cash I'd go with a Can Am 400EFI. Personally, I can't afford that so my next choice would be the Grizz 450.
