atv info through VIN #

I have the VIN# for an atv I am interested in and I am wondering where can I go to find info on the atv by using the VIN#?

Thanx for the reply but I did not clarify my question. What I'm looking for is "carfax" type info like who owns it and it there are any liens on it. To think of it now will Carfax do this, I have never used carfax before.
