Well the shop wasn't there anymore. So I went to this other one and they had like 4, but they were all brand new. I don't really have the cash to buy one right now anyway

I'd check craigslist every few days or so, see if anything comes up in your price range. I would be surprised if something didn't.

Where are you located anyways?

Again, these are just a few that I saw were "cheap". They are all only a few days old... keep going to the kansas city craigslist and just searching "ATV" .... if these don't work for you.

Good for you! I've lived my whol;e life without going into debt for anything- and although I don't earn very much, I always have more money than anyone I know because I'm not frittering it away on interest.

Going into debt for anything is bad- and paying top dollar at a dealer, plus interest, for a TOY would really be insane.

You sound like a very responsible young man, and I commend you. A rule to live by: If you can't pay cash for it, don't buy it. Save your money, and you'd be surprised at the deals you can get when you have cash in your hand.

Good luck in finding a good ATV.

Youi might want to check out the Vbike website- http://www.vbike.us/index.php
For cheap Chinese imports, they seem to have a good reputation, and if you're not planning on beating the crap out of an ATV and are handy with a wrench, one of these may just work for you- I'm going to order one of their 250's...I'll let you know how it goes....

And again, kudos for being a responsible guy and avoiding financing!! (gotta love it!)

Well thank you sir. I know first hand the mess people are getting themselves in to getting loan after loan. And then loans to pay off loans. The only thing I'll ever go into debt for is a house, and only then with a 20% down payment. (Dave Ramsey )

But do keep me updated on the vbike, I'd love to get an atv this summer
