Yep, first valve jobs are usually skipped by a lot of people. It was $500 on my LT-R450 after 10 hours... sure it's a heck of a lot of money just for a service but it will keep the quad running longer!

 

I would suggest the Polaris Big Boss 6x6 800 efi. JK, Reconranger! I read through all of the replies on this one because my riding is in the rocks, hills, mud, snow, ice, and waterholes of the New England area. (Some, all in the same day) This has been very informative. It sounds like you've got great advice from everyone on here. I hope to ride the dunes someday and, no, I won't bring my 2-up utility machine! Let us know what you decide and how you like your ride when you get it.
