The major makers have quads down to a T now. Almost all of them will have a gremlin or two when first made. If I was in the market for a quad that didn't need to go super fast I'd look at the Polaris Sportsman 570. Has the best ride comfort-wise in my opinion. Also has good on board storage and easy to use 4wd. The price is hard to beat too. Not bashing AC here. I just think the Polaris has more features. I had 3 Polaris quads in the past. All were pretty good and took the thrashing that is New England riding pretty well. A couple small things needed here and there but nothing major until I crashed one.

If you want power the Sportsman 570 has more power than the old 600 twin they used to make and if anything rides better than a Polaris I haven't heard about it. I'd probably get one if I was in the market for a new quad.

I'd look at the Yamaha Kodiak 700 too. Its in the same price range and you get more displacement.

i like the way polaris look but after i went trough a lot of forum pages and red peoples comets and problems they have even with new 570 just put me on lost of worries would be sad to spend cash and then end with broken atv especial far in fores hunting

also run on suzuki 5000 axi looks like a good deal its same like polaris total but with 1y warranty and winch is already there no EPS on it same like 570 but i think that suzuki would bne far better choice

I would give Suzuki a slight edge over Polaris reliability-wise. The problem with forums is that people often come up on them only when they have problems. Polaris has surpassed Honda in sales, especially in the 500 class. More owners will raise more issues. Polaris used to/may still list websites for ATV enthusiasts. ATVConnection.com is at or near the top of the list. So, more people come here with issues than other sites.

I think the Sportsman 570 in particular had a lot of issues the first year of production in 2014. It happens a lot with a brand new model, bugs have to be worked out. I think it was a bit rushed into production. The engine wasn't new though, it dates back to 2012 I think in the Rzr 570. But for that application, it was brand new in 2014.

I think you will really like it, congrats. If I ever buy a new quad, eps is something I will definitely pay extra to get. The only quad I have ever ridden with eps was a Grizzly 700 but eps is so nice.
