I am looking to buy my son a new mini atv and have narrowed it down to the Honda 90 and the IPC PitViper 90. I really like what the Pit Viper brings too the table, hydrolic disc brakes, electric start, 5" Sus. Travel. It almost seems to good to be true for a mini quad, but, I haven't seen one or had a chance to ride one yet. Has anyone seen or rode one of these things yet? I spoke with a guy a IPC and he says the engine and transmission are identical to the Honda 90's except for the electric start that is.
Any help here would be outstanding!
Thanks

It' got gears, it's a four speed. The engine and transmission are very similar to the Honda 90. In fact I've been on the phone with one of IPC reps and he said the engine and all it's parts were interchangable with the Honda 90, which is the kind of sealed transmission and engine I'm looking for, for my boy. You can try their web site for some information www.ipcatvs.com, you can e-mail them or call them and they will answer all your questions. The only thing holding me back is; I can't seem to find any owners and I want to here what the owners have to say.
If you come up with any new info please post it.
Thanks

Well, I purchased a Pit Viper 90 Feb 7, 2002. I know the company went out of business back in January but the price was right and it appears I should be able to fined most parts because they are all after market type parts. If anyone one else has one of these and can give me any information, I would appreciate it.
Thanks

IPC went out of business? I have spoken to them about building a custom race quad a few months ago.

I will have to check their website.
