Default Traxter 500 problem

If it is cable driven check to make sure the cable is still good. disconnet the cable from the back ... ride it slow to see if it moves. If it does then it is you speedo , otherwise it is the cable.

If it turns off of the transmission just jack it up and run it on the jack.... again slow

If it is electrical , which I doubt, check the connections and check to make sure it has power. If it has power and all conections are good then it is either the sensor or the speedo.

I do not know how to test the sensor. I'm sure it has a certain ohm that it should read.
