lowering my gears??

Default lowering my gears??

i want to lower my gear raotio on my ds . what set up can i get and not have to change my chain. i was thinkin like a 15,42 ????

I do not have a 15/42 set up ,but during my research if I recall... you will be fine with the stock chain.

I'm sure one of the sellers can tell you.

I asked the same question a while back and I believe sandman told me that with 15/42 you will be fine on the stock chain. It is when you go to the 43 that you have to change out. Im pretty sure thats what he told me.

15-42 works run it on the wifes ds, i have 15-43 and needed the chain, i like her 15-42 better it is a great set-up. that is for shooting hills in the sand. 14 front only works well also. that way the rear sprocket isn't wearing so fast.

Default lowering my gears??

i've found that not many dealers know much about the ds they seem to sell them and never see them again. finally did see one at my local dealer someone wore out the rear axle bearings and kept riding.
