Sorry to hear that. I know what you mean. . . if my quad goes down I am disappointed but, take it like a man. . . if my daughter's goes down I can't stand the look on her face.

Man, I would think they could get it fixed today. No excuses. You stay until it is done so the customer doesn't have to cancel their weekend plans.
