I got it now. I wish somewhere amungst the web cam installation manual or the Ron Woods manual, it said something like, hey, just pull the caps off the valve covers and add a shim or two in there. This would be a great line to add into the manual. Now that I know this, I will be adding stainless steel shim stock under the cap. Unless someone thinks this is a bad idea, but I dont see how this could hurt. I thank everyone for your fast responses, and hope someday I can be of some help to some other poor shmoo out there.
