help with needle wahsers and spacers please

i am wondering what the order on spacewrs should be for my needle
does it go washer,e-clip,white spacer than washer please help me fast

that is what i remember the stock carb being. if that doesn't work pm buttfungas i think he has mastered the stock carb.

its washer, white spacer, clip, washer, spring.
