Well just got the beast back together with the new cylinder and so far so good![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] Did a couple of heat cycles and then revved her up ato about 9500 a bunch of times and didn't see any coolant pouring into the overflow so I guess i got her fixed at least for now. I will just keep my fingers crossed in the meantime. I think I managed to bump my compression a little also.

 

Thats good, just remember to bring spare parts & tools. Who knows, yours will probably be fine but maybe someone else's project will need help!
