Congratulations on your new Baja X! Welcome to the DS family - this is an excellent bunch of guys to chat with. Be careful though - it wont take long before you are wating to get a little more power or who knows what out of your machine. I'd just started on my 2001 DS650 when I ended up buying.... a 2003 DS650 Baja! Now I've got two fun toys to choose from. Decision making has never been this good!

Thanks for the warm welcome!
I have already done a great deal of trail riding, through water, mud, hill climbs, etc. I love this atv. I'm embarrassed to say I have already gone over backwards with it on a hill climb. It takes a lot of getting used to after getting off my Polaris Scrambler. Luckily no damage was done.
